This story is true and I told Mary she should write a book. December 29th the family (my husband and I and 3 dogs arrived for a walk through at the cabin we contracted on with Mary's help. My husband's transmission failed as we approached the turn off to Jemez Springs. In first gear (the only one he had) we hobbled to a gas station. I called Mary who had to come get me to do the walk through while my husband waited for the tow truck with the dogs. To make matters more difficult, one of the dogs had pressed the power lock on the truck, locking them inside. Mary (she is a dog lover, too) managed to find someone in the area to unlock the door so the dogs wouldn't freeze since it was cold. The tow truck took the truck and Mary graciously took us to our hotel and picked us up the next morning for closing and then on to Enterprise rental.
